9e70e1ba0e Set install names using @loader_path in the extension modules and the wx libs so they can be loaded from the same folder and they can be included in the wx package dir.

d28db25970 * Add a readme file to the snapshot builds. 
* Add code to remove all but five of the snapshots from the FTP server
* Add code to try getting the revision number from git-svn if it can't be gotten from svn
