luo jiyin d2baa8103f refactor(pprof): use explicit mux instead of DefaultServeMux (#36276) ...

- Replace blank import of `net/http/pprof` with explicit import
- Create dedicated `http.ServeMux` for pprof server
- Register pprof handlers explicitly
