	* configure.in (LIBS): Add $INTLLIBS into $LIBS
	directly, rather than repeating the checks for
	gettext.

	* INSTALL: Added information about gettext and
	NLS support.

	* acinclude.m4 (LIBM): Check for dgettext, not
	just gettext. This should hopefully fix things wrt
	systems with old versions of GNU gettext installed.

* acinclude.m4: New file.  Contains `libtool.m4' from libtool-1.2,
the version from which gtk+'s libtool forked.  Needed for people
who use post-1.2 alphas of libtool.
