	* gtk/gtkdrawwindow.c (gtk_draw_window_get_type): Added
	the "GtkDrawWindow" class, which is a descendent
	of the Window class which leaves its background alone.
	Essentially, a toplevel drawing area, though it does
	allow adding a child.
