	for properties to set on the tag.

	* gtk/testtext.c: fixups to reflect create_tag change

	* gtk/gtktexttag.c (gtk_text_tag_set_property):
	background/foreground stipple are objects, not boxed.

	* demos/gtk-demo/textview.c: intellihancing
