	work again when not sorted.

	* gtk/gtktreeview.c (gtk_tree_view_class_init): Add "collapse_row"
	and "expand_row" signal, closing bug 52578.

	* gtk/gtktreeview.c (gtk_tree_view_expand_row): Add signal
	support.

	* gtk/gtktreeview.c (gtk_tree_view_collapse_row): Add signal
	support.
