	* gdk/gdkwindow.c: Abstract out checking for shape
	  extension into a function.

	* gtk/gtkwindow.c: Fix up gtk_window_expose()/draw().
	  Remove extra callls to gtk_window_draw().

Miscellaneous indentation fixes.
