	Request XmTRANFER_FAILURE on Motif drops not within
	a drop zone. I don't know why this is necessary,
	but it is.

	* gdk/gdkdnd.c (gdk_drop_reply): Fixed error where
	Motif flag field in response was getting wrong
	values.
