        * gtk/gtkwidget.c: Add a draw-border style property to allow
        themes to draw outside the widget's allocation.

        * gdk/x11/gdkevents-x11.c: Hack out Net/ThemeName to
        allow easier testing of theme stuff without having
        to change global GNOME configuration.
