* gtk/gtkliststore.c: Not sure how this ever worked. Fixed it to
use new iter stuff, and added all the appropriate signals et al.
* gtk/gtktreedatalist.h: s/gtk/_gtk to further reinforce that this
code is internal to gtk only.
