Damien George b680011d91 tests/ports/stm32: Tweak tests to run on a wider set of boards. 
There should be no change to these tests for existing PYBV1x and PYBD_SFx
boards.

Damien George 7bbcee3cf0 tests: Move port-specific test directories into tests/ports/ directory. 
To keep them all together, mirroring the top-level directory structure.
