David Lechner 8fa6191f95 extmod/btstack: Use MP_REGISTER_ROOT_POINTER(). 
This uses MP_REGISTER_ROOT_POINTER() to register
bluetooth_btstack_root_pointers and removes the same from all
mpconfigport.h.
