Damien George c5c03e74ab tests/net_inet/tls_text_errors.py: Add exp file to run on axTLS.

axTLS will print a warning, and the added .exp file will skip that line.

This directory contains network tests which require Internet connection.
Note that these tests are not run as part of the main testsuite and need
to be run separately (from the main test/ directory):

    ./run-tests.py net_inet/*.py
