Andrew n marshall 9eb05c4ad3 Don't build upon npm install. (#1855 )

Build depends upon ../closure-library, which is outside the usual
npm process. And since the library ships pre-built, just concatenate
the built files to make the node-ready version.

Blockly

Google's Blockly is a web-based, visual programming editor. Users can drag blocks together to build programs. All code is free and open source.
