e4ef7b7735 Added images for multiple widget types. Replaced wxGTK/wx.adv.calendarctrl.png with a version in English and replaced wxMSW/wx.adv.calendarctrl.png with a more modern widget. There are two different versions for wx.RichMessageDialog on wxMSW and wxGTk, one version expanded and the other collapsed. There are also two different versions for wx.ProgressDialog on wxMSW, again collapsed and expanded 2019-12-11 20:36:14 +00:00

230bf5d6d3 Optimize All PNGs Nov2018 
Since I had to fix a image issue and optimize it. I decided to rerun FileOptimizer 13.30.2393 over all pngs. Small bytes for some that had been optimized before, but this comit covers all pngs that may have been missed in the past. Maybe revisit running them all again in 2 years. Total time to process all pngs: approx 8 hours.
As technology improves this will only get better/faster when downloading, loading in browser, embedded, etc...

23edbb8eb1 Move a few things around on the page layout. 
* Move the search box to the sidebar
 * Move the next/prev/etc. in the topbar to the first row, and remove the 2nd row in the topbar
 * Adjust the margins of the sidebar and doc body up to the new size of the topbar
 * Remove the Next/Prev items from the sidebar
 * Move the "show page source" to the bottom of the sidebar and reduce the font

3ab0303ac8 Restructure the page headers and how they are tweaked so we don't 
have the weird wrapping problems, unless the user has a weirdly
sized browser.

14c7c36924 Phoenix:

fc5b4a31ca Phoenix: 
- Add support for `wx.adv.OwnerDrawnComboBox` and `wx.ComboCtrl` in the documentation building process. Add the appropriate samples as well (and wonder why the sample in `wx.ComboCtrl` doesn't get properly highlighted...).

dfc8c5e69f Phoenix stuff: 
1) Fixes on the problems reported by Werner on wx.EvtHandler (and there were many others, hopefully they should be OK now);
2) Integration of Chris' samples on wx.GridBagSizer (see http://xoomer.virgilio.it/infinity77/Phoenix/GridBagSizer.html#gridbagsizer);
3) Start on the Documentation guidelines (see http://xoomer.virgilio.it/infinity77/Phoenix/DocstringsGuidelines.html);
4) Integration of Werner's patches on _core.py and app.py for the docstrings.
