e2a6997d39 AGW on Phoenix: apply Rob's patch: when using DetachPane on panes in an automatic notebook. If you remove all the panes from the notebook and then call UpdateNotebook, the notebook gets removed, but the panes hadn't been reparented to the frame so they get destroyed. Back-ported from Classic.

72fee9de94 Change --upload_package to --upload. 
Simplify cleanup of older snapshot uploads.  Just keep the last 50 files instead of trying to keep 5 of each type.  It's too easy for those filters to break.

Add ability to upload eggs, wheels, and exe's

5c3ac865cf The window size on OSX needs to be at least 1 pix larger than the visible area of the region. Bump up the size in case there is no transparency defined for the bitmap.
