Scott Talbert	e91fa5e559	Build macOS architectures separately for CI and wheels ... Building the architectures separately allows them to be built in parallel, which will speed up CI but also result in smaller wheels which should be more efficient instead of universal wheels. Scott Talbert	de9aa4be5b	Update SIP ABI version to 12.14 ... We haven't supported 12.8 since before we upgraded to SIP 6.6+. These aliases were deprecated in numpy 1.20.0 (January 2021), and removed in 1.24.0 (December 2022) This helps with NumPy 2 support (June 2024). Scott Talbert	5abeba2f5d	Fix bundled wxWidgets build on OpenSUSE ... OpenSUSE has defined its libdir to be 'lib64', which is mismatched with wxWidgets' in-place wx-config, which expects 'lib.' Work around this by unsetting the CONFIG_SITE envvar (which enables the OpenSUSE customizations) when configuring wxWidgets.
