Andrea Gavana 8225935187 Phoenix: More conversions in AGW to improve compatibility. Fixed wrong Sphinx interlinks in various AGW modules. Tagged wx.lib.scrolledpanel.py and ported to Phoenix, documented and added a unittest. Small change in the Sizer ReST table.
