	* gdk/gdkdnd.c (xdnd_check_dest): Allow version >= 3,
	not just version == 3. We implement all 3 + most of 4 -
	(we don't support matching text/plain;charset=iso-8859-1
	to a dest that expects text/plain). We'll still advertise
	3 to be safe, but any client implementing version >= 3
	must interoperate with 3.
