Angus Gratton 3fa77bdc7d rp2: Add temporary workaround for GCC 15.1 build failure. 
This is a workaround for this upstream issue:
https://github.com/raspberrypi/pico-sdk/issues/2448

Can be removed after the next pico-sdk update.
