Alessandro Gatti b6c369a396 py/asm{arm,thumb,x64,x86,xtensa}: Remove unused macros. 
`ASM_MOV_REG_IMM_FIX_U16` and `ASM_MOV_REG_IMM_FIX_WORD` are no longer
used anywhere in the code.
