Glenn Moloney 6367099f83 py/objstr: Skip whitespace in bytes.fromhex(). 
Skip whitespace characters between pairs of hex numbers.
This makes `bytes.fromhex()` compatible with cpython.

Includes simple test in `tests/basic/builtin_str_hex.py`.
