Yanfeng Liu 8204f9e8c3 unix/Makefile: Allow out-of-tree tests. 
This allows out-of-tree tests like:

    $ make -C ports/unix/ BUILD=/tmp MICROPY_MPYCROSS=~/bin/mpy-cross test
