Damien George bfc3dde2c9 extmod/modmachine: Add MICROPY_PY_MACHINE_RESET configuration option. 
Disabled by default, but enabled on all boards that previously had
`MICROPY_PY_MACHINE_BARE_METAL_FUNCS` enabled.
